Bed and Breakfast Innkeepers Care

Pikes Peak Organization Opens Hearts and Purses

The thirty-six members of The Bed and Breakfasts of the Pikes Peak Area from Black Forest to Divide respond to the call for help from their own regional Care and Share charitable organization.

BBPPA is dedicated to making known near and far the many hospitable inns located at the foot of America’s mountain, Pikes Peak. The group is donating numerous standard supplies, other than items for the holidays, to help stock the Care and Share pantry. The entire winter season looms just the other side of the holidays.

Necessary items such as cereals, dried milk, peanut butter, canned meats, fruits, vegetables and other non-perishable items will contribute to the well being of our disadvantaged fellow citizens. Innkeepers, who at their own tables have the capacity to offer a measure of emotional stability in a stressful society, seek to work together to provide a resource for some in our city whose need is greater than their own.

BBPPA highly recommends and challenges the other bed and breakfast organizations across the state of Colorado to give liberally to their local charitable groups.
